THE ESSENTIAL RECOVERY GEAR FOR OFF-ROADING

Recovery gear is essential when you're headed off-road. It can be a lifesaver in emergency situations. Don't wait until you're off the beaten track before you realise you don't have the accessories you need. We supply a wide range of recovery products. At the very least you will need to have the following:

Tyre Gauge: Correct tyre pressure will help prevent getting bogged whether you are beach, mud, rock or gravel driving. Shovel: For clearing sand or dirt under the chassis.


Quality Snatch Strap: Used to recover vehicles that are bogged. It stretches to add approximately a third of the length.

Tyre Compressor: Inflates tyres after deflating them for off-road driving


Rated Recovery Points: If your vehicle or another 4x4 needs a tow or ends up bogged. You need to have something to attach the snatch strap too. (Please note: These are not stock tow points).

Most 4x4 vehicles come with tow points, but they are not designed to endure the force necessary to recover a vehicle. Rated recovery points are a non-negotiable. Powder-coated red for easy identification when covered in dirt or mud, Ironman4x4 points are designed to safely withstand and distribute weight loads. They must be mounted correctly and come with holes to suit a 4.75t shackle. Designed to suit a range of vehicles including:
